As a person who is passionate about DEI work, higher education, and social justice, I lead with a team's first approach. I strongly believe that if we aim to help, we must help ourselves first.

 

My approach is with providing motivational keynotes and inspirational training to motivate people to be brave and engage in DEI conversations faced in higher education.

Every training, conference, workshop, and class I lead provides attendees with training tools based on real-world experiences from undocumented/DACA students -including my own. There is no “simulation”. My stories are real. I put you in the front seat to experience the challenges that Dreamer students face in higher education to help build your undocuCompetency and gain a deep understanding for this student populations.
