Chef's Background
Briselda was born in Acapulco, Mexico. Her passion for cooking developed at a young age, nurtured through her experiences in her grandmother's and mother's kitchens, where she learned traditional techniques over a real wood fire. One cherished memory she recalls is observing her mother preparing tortillas, the aroma of boiling beans, and grinding ingredients in a mortar to make fresh molcajete salsa. Her interest in cooking further developed into a curiosity for diverse culinary experiences. During her marriage to a Peruvian partner, she honed her skills in Peruvian cuisine under the guidance of her mother-in-law (at the time). Although her professional background has been focused on higher education roles, she is now pursuing her passion for culinary arts. Her goal is to create memorable experiences for clients through thoughtfully crafted dishes that delight both the palate and the eye.
